Dyad’s technology streamlines complex diagnostic processes, allowing clinicians to focus on patient care. The software not only diagnoses conditions quickly but requires fewer personnel to operate, giving clinicians more time to engage directly with patients. The Opportunity
Dyad embarked on a strategic initiative to integrate its systems with EMIS, one of the UK’s leading electronic health record (EHR) platforms. The aim was to streamline internal processes and ensure smooth communication across IT systems – both internally and with partner hospitals.
The key objective was to speed up the flow of information between Dyad’s software and hospital systems, improving response times for clinicians and reducing operational costs for healthcare providers. Although Dyad had a strong team of in-house web developers, they lacked specialist experience in EMIS integrations and large-scale interoperability projects. Recognising the potential complexity of the task, Dyad engaged 6B as their trusted digital health integration consultancy partner.
The Solution
This project was slightly different from a typical development partnership. Dyad had already mapped out the type of EMIS integration they wanted to implement; their in-house team led the build, and 6B provided expert consultancy services to support them when needed.
